Terms and Conditions - Win a Fishlocks Bouquet

The competition opens at 5pm 1/3/12 and closes 9am 15/3/12. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.




Employees (and members of their immediate family) of Fishlocks,  and anyone connected to this competition are not eligible to enter.

No purchase necessary. Entrants are required to tweet a qualifying entry via Twitter, containing the hashtag #fishlocksbouquetcomp, or post it on facebook page Fishlocks Flowers or email to richard. moore@fishlocks.co.uk. The judges will judge entries based on their creativity and originality. The judges' decision is final and the decision will be made on 15/3/12. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

You are responsible for the cost (if any) of sending your Competition entry to us.

One winner will be awarded with one Fishlocks Mother’s Day Bouquet that is the subject of this naming competition. Will include local delivery to Liverpool and Wirral only, and will be delivered in time for Mother’s day 18th March 2012. Prize is as stated and are non-transferable, and is subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier.


Results
 will be announced at http://www.fishlocks.co.uk, on Facebook and Twitter .The winner will be contacted directly via telephone before16/3/12. 


If the winner cannot be traced after reasonable efforts have been made an alternative winner will be selected from the entrants.



By submitting an entry to the Competition, You give Fishlocks the right to use your name as a winner of the Competition.

Any entry, which does not comply with the rules, may be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of Fishlocks.

Fishlocks shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations which is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

We accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you or any other person's computer as a result of entering the competition or accepting any prize.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside our control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud).

In order to participate in the competition participants must provide certain information on themselves. This personal information is collected and processed only for the purposes of organising, running and monitoring the competition as well as for carrying out publicity activities on it. The organising entity shall be considered the data controller for the database containing this personal information.

The Promoter of this prize draw is Fishlocks. This competition is governed by English law.
